I think that these are too literal. Kick and a K kicking something it's "see-say." There is also no distinguishing mark. Look at other good logos that work with or without the name written out next to it: Windows, Pepsi, Starbucks, just to name a few. I also am really confused what the rock thing is supposed to be in the upper left. It also feels very disconnected. You have multiple elements not working together "Pre" seems separate from "kick" and in some cases you are adding other elements like with the "K" kicking something then the "K" seems all out on its own so it reads Pre-K-ick. This could be an issue with kerning or with the typeface you choose. Do you have sketches of alternative ideas that you could post? What could symbolize what PreKick offers? It's the ultimate website for creative collaborations. Think about art, working together, creating something; it seems like there should be a lot to work with to come up with a logo.
